WAWF Vendor Seminar Classes

Aysis Inc. provides hands on training for Vendors and Government employees. Our classes are structured to incorporate basic skill sets for generating documents in WAWF and minimize rejects. Classes cover registration in the E-Commerce tools that provide additional resources to successfully track and monitor your documents. Don't pay for overpriced training - Our prices are competitive with other companies that offer similar services, but only Aysis Inc can provide you with with more than forty years of experience in Government practices.

Students receive a training manual and instructional CD which guides them through each step of the process. Our instructor demonstrates which document to create based on the customer's contract. Inputting the document in WAWF is only a small portion of the process. Each student will learn how to determine if their document was submitted properly and what to do if the document was rejected and what action is required to correct the reject. Class will also include RFID/UID training and when you are required to input this data.

Our classes are held in Schertz, Tx at a designated contracted location. Class hours are from 9:00am to 4:00pm. There is a minimum of 10 students before a training class can be held. Cost for this full day of training is $115.00 per student. If Aysis Inc. can't hold this training because of the minimum class requirement, registration monies paid will be refunded.

The following checklist is required.

• Registration in Central Contract Registry(CCR)
• Laptop with Wireless Connection
• Internet Explorer Browser
• Adobe Acrobat Reader
